Where A Girl Goes, Collingwood
I was in Melbourne for a conference recently, and some of the other ladies and I (I don’t care what the boys say – we are ladies and if they deny it one more time its a stiletto right through the foot!) decided that what we needed between sessions was High Tea. Never mind the [...]

Franklin Villa, Highgate Hill
The children were left to enjoy their father’s boundless care the other week when I popped out with some girlfriends. We had a plan! High Tea at Franklin Villa! and a magnificent plan it was!

Bella Rosa’s Tea Rooms, Stanthorpe
We were reminiscing last night about some of our better expeditions, and our last trip to Stanthorpe, a lovely area in the QLD Granite Belt winery district, came up, so I thought I would share the delightful little high tea establishment we found

Brighton House, Ipswich
Last weekend we took the kids up to Ipswich, for no good reason, just to get out of the house.

After the mandatory play in the excellent Ipswich park (it has an artificial creek that they can run! Soo cool! Waterplay with no leeches!) we wanted some grownup entertainment (umm, no – not that sort!) so [...]
